Graphics interchange format file (GIF)

The aim of this project is to publish catalogues of all the Anglo-Saxon carved stones, fully illustrated by high quality photographs, with general discussions concerning their relationships and significance, and full bibliographic references. Initially the regional volumes are published by the British Academy, but when the volumes are no longer in the Academy list they are published in shortened form on the internet. The digitized photographs are curated by the ADS (York).

"The resource known as the Linacre College Oxford Expedition: Scene-details Database was envisaged by its author in the early 1980s - but the opportunity to devise the initial framework and content of a database, and to undertake the academic and technical work necessary for its publication online, did not present itself until much later, in 2003.

The intention is to create an online edition of the Collected Works of the Caroline dramatist, Richard Brome. This AHRC-funded project aims to combine dramatic textual scholarship with theatre practice. Intended users are scholars of drama and theatre studies, English Literature, History and cultural studies, as well as theatre practitioners.

The Thomas Gray Archive is a long-term research effort dedicated to studying the life and work of eighteenth-century poet and letter-writer Thomas Gray (1716-1771). The Archive strives to preserve and to make accessible a comprehensive corpus of high-quality, electronic primary sources and secondary materials.
